Happy Grad

Happy Grad

If you are graduating, then you’ve achieved something important that was not easy, required persistence and hard work, and has set the stage for good opportunities ahead. Now is the time to celebrate with classmates who were with you through both the difficult and enjoyable parts of the process and with your teachers, parents, and other mentors who helped make the road a little smoother.

This is a time when flowers can say things that might be difficult to find exactly the right words for, whether the flowers are a gift from the new graduate to a teacher or parent or a gift from a proud parent to a daughter or son who is about to embark on a new life chapter. Flowers can simply say, “Thank you,” or they can convey a more complex message including, “I’m proud of you; I respect you; and I love you, now and forever.”

The photo shows a happy graduate, whose school colors were blue and white, holding a bouquet selected by her mother – white roses with blue cornflowers. Her mother requested a bouquet for her daughter that would evoke memories of her own childhood and reflect that both mom and daughter love the outdoors and the beauty of nature. This floral gift visually represents both their shared interests and their love for each other.

Congratulations to all the graduates – with best wishes for success in a world at peace in which good people triumph.
